The end user had some problems with hoisting, the crane builder had asked to investigate and possibly solve the problem on location.
The main hoist drive had issues and needed to be replaced for the spare drive.
Also the hoist-grab as topping control didn’t work correctly. Due to this we changed and updated the software of both movements. As result the crane operated more smoothly and was easier to operate for the crane driver.
What did we do:
– Replaced and commissioned the hoist drive
– Adjusted software for the joystick control
– Adjusted the hoist-grabing software
– Adjusted software for the hydrolic control of topping
