The customer needed to get support for lead- and commissioning engineer of the PLC software and frequency drive setup for six new to build ship to shore crane.
The project was to write and design the PLC code and setup the frequency drive parameters based on the requirements and drawings for:
- Hoisting
- Boom hoisting
- Trolley travel
- Crane travel
- Trim and listen
- Cable reels
- Slewing
- General controls
The electrical system was FAT tested and witnessed by the end crane before installation.
The crane commissioning started after installation and had successfully it’s SAT.
